Our Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Pattisan Kemrichard, has been promoted to Dissertation Committee Member at the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) Genève, Switzerland. The appointment extends his roles at the school where he earned his Doctor of Business Administration and where he is listed as Full Time Faculty — serving as Principal Investigator, BSc Course Leader, and Dissertation Mentor.

Pattisan Kemrichard, DBA

Biography

Dr. Pattisan is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Epistemology and Knowledge Innovation Management, and serves as a Full-Time Faculty member, Principal Investigator, BSc Course Leader, and Dissertation Mentor at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva. His diverse background includes experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching various business-related subjects at public-private universities in Asia in collaboration with European institutions such as Paris School of Business and Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School, Program Coordination for a BBA in Luxury Brand Management, and roles in business and product development. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from SSBM Geneva, with a dissertation entitled “The Strategic Leadership Management of the Luxury Hospitality Industry: An Examination of Organizational Effectiveness by Utilizing Integrated Leadership Principles,” published in the Global Journal of Business and Integral Security. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Knowledge Innovation Management. His research focuses on topics such as strategic leadership in the luxury hospitality industry and the role of knowledge and innovation in higher education. Dr. Pattisan is also certified in Executive Leadership from the University of Oxford, Higher Education from University College London (UCL), and Data Science from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), and strives to provide transformative learning experiences that address real-world business challenges. As a Verified Educator of a degree-granting academic program at Harvard Business Education Publishing, he strives to provide transformative learning experiences, translating theoretical knowledge into practical decision-making skills applicable to real-world business settings.
