Acceptance Remarks

I am deeply honoured and sincerely grateful to stand before you today as a recipient of The ESML Leadership Award 2026 in the category of Educational Executive.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and the Division of Educational System Management Leadership for this extraordinary recognition. To receive this award from one of Thailand’s most respected and distinguished academic institutions is a privilege that I will cherish throughout my professional and academic journey.

I accept this award with humility because I firmly believe that leadership in education is never the accomplishment of one individual alone. Every achievement I have attained has been made possible through the guidance of mentors, the collaboration of colleagues, the support of students, and the trust of institutions that have allowed me to contribute to their missions.

I am particularly grateful to the Swiss School of Business and Management, Genève, Switzerland, for providing an environment that encourages innovation, international collaboration, and academic excellence. I also wish to acknowledge the many universities, researchers, educational leaders, and industry partners across different countries who have contributed to my growth as an educator, researcher, and executive leader.

Throughout my career, I have embraced a simple philosophy: education is not merely about transferring knowledge; it is about transforming lives. In a world increasingly shaped by technological advancement and artificial intelligence, I believe our responsibility as educational leaders is to ensure that innovation remains guided by human values, ethical leadership, and a commitment to developing future generations.

Most importantly, I sincerely thank President of Chulalongkorn University, Minister of Education, and Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation for recognising educational leadership as a catalyst for positive change and for providing a platform that celebrates innovation, excellence, and service within the educational community.

I am truly honoured to stand among today’s recipients, and I extend my congratulations to all fellow awardees whose contributions continue to elevate the quality and impact of education both nationally and internationally.

Thank you once again for this distinguished honour. I am profoundly grateful.
